Description

• Work Type: 3-months 
• Location: West
• Working Hours: Office Hours

JOB SCOPES:

• Serve as victim’s primary point of contact, address all queries and concerns of the victim from report lodge to case conclusion through phone engagement and structured service replies
• Call victim to establish 1st contact point
• Provide preventive advice to minimise risk of future victimisation
• Assess if there is a need to refer victim for counselling, social support or to issue a Restriction Order
• Provide timely updates on case progress, asset recovery and case outcomes to victim
• Put upservice replies i.e., first interim service reply, progress service reply, case conclusion service reply, within stipulated timelines
• Any other administrative tasks directed by Head of Branch.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Must possess at least GCE 'O' Level.
