• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for adjunct lecturers.
• Manage a high volume of adjunct lecturers’ records, including contracts and claims processing.
• Maintain and update adjunct data accurately in the Workday system.
• Other HR job duties as assigned
• Facilitate the recruitment and hiring of temporary staff in collaboration with external recruitment agencies.
• Liaise with schools and departments to coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff.
• Other HR job duties as assigned
