HR Ops Assistant Manager [West / 3mths renewable / Uni]

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support HR Business Partnering functions, with a focus on managing research staff and related HR operations.

This role offers strong exposure to end-to-end HR processes, stakeholder engagement, and HR projects within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, manpower planning, rewards, performance management, and employee engagement
• Partner with Shared Services to manage the appointment lifecycle of research staff (e.g. appointments, re-appointments, promotions, and transfers)
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions
• Maintain accurate HR records and support HR data management
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organisational objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience
