HR Operation - Payroll Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage payroll operations and support related finance and compliance processes. This role requires accuracy, strong coordination, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for research-related staff, including CPF and tax submissions using SAP.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, including headcount and reconciliation.
• Process employee claims (e.g. flexi benefits, dental, handphone).
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll provisions and reconciliation matters.
• Generate payroll journals for submission to Finance.
• Process and verify statutory claims (e.g. NS leave, childcare and maternity leave).
• Respond to payroll audit queries and support audit exercises.
• Handle employee enquiries on salary and payroll matters.
• Work closely with stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and system matters.
• Maintain proper filing and records of payroll documents.
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent.
• Experience using SAP is an added advantage.
