HR Executive (Well-Being & Operations)

Location: Novena
Period: 1 year
Salary: up to $4000

• Support day-to-day HR operations for well-being projects and initiatives that cater to the well-being of employees
• Collation and assessment of demand, planning welfare funds and resources such as tracking budget utilisation
• Working with vendors and police associations to delivering well-being benefits to employees
• Handling procurement, payment and internal communications, as well as assisting with event management and providing secretariat support.
• Support workplace safety and health matters, including providing secretariat support for meetings, coordinating risk assessment activities and scheduling of training courses.
• Supporting general HR services such as managing queries, generating reports, staffing recommendations and processing payments.
• Support ad-hoc projects/initiatives and perform the tasks and functions assigned by supervisors.
• To manage and provide guidance and mentorship to officers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
