HR Executive - Performance & Rewards

Jobs Responsibilities:

Performance Management Support

• Assist in implementing the annual performance management (PM) framework and assessment processes.
• Facilitate the performance appraisal cycle and provide secretariat support for calibration/ranking meetings.
• Work with consultants to streamline processes and enhance the PM system.

Policy Review & Benchmarking

• Support periodic reviews of HR policies through benchmarking and comparative studies with external agencies.
• Conduct analyses to ensure practices remain relevant and competitive.

Compensation & Rewards

• Assist in reviewing and implementing compensation and rewards policies.
• Conduct market analysis and contribute recommendations.
• Support reviews of salary structures, starting salary frameworks, and increment/bonus matrices.

Other Duties

• Support ad-hoc HR projects and assigned initiatives.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree in HRM or its equivalent
