HR Executive (Learning & Development, School)

Position: HR Executive

Location: Central

Duration: 6 months subject to extension

Salary: $2650/month

Key Responsibilities:

• The development of e-learning material and interactive online courses using industry-standard tools. 
• The curation and upkeep of our community knowledge hubs and microsites using Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams 
• The curation and publishing of regular EDMs (electronic direct mail) to reach out to existing and new learners who are public service officers in planning or policy-making roles, and monitor engagement rates and patterns amongst our target group of learners.
• Programme and event management support, including coordinating seminars, workshops, and training sessions for public service officers. This involves managing event logistics such as venue booking, participant registration, and materials preparation, as well as supporting virtual and hybrid event delivery through platforms like Microsoft Teams. The role includes liaising with speakers and facilitators, managing attendee communications, collecting feedback, to track participation patterns and programme effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
