HR Executive (Admin)

Location: Toa Payoh
Salary: Up to $3700
Period: 1 year

• Arrange and coordinate interviews for potential candidates
• Coordinate and or administer written tests/ assessments
• Attend interviews and prepare recruitment-related submissions
• Support HR Business Partners in liaising with Hiring Managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, which includes the administrative follow ups.
• Administrative support on HR-related matters like onboarding, appointments, benefits, leave and exit:
• Assist to review, follow up and submit for processing on medical expenses and any other claims
• Compile and complete tracking, reports/ submissions following established formats and SOPs
• Carry out periodic reviews and file/ archive file records regularly based on data policy
• Constantly review work processes and systems and suggest possible improvements to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness
