HR & Payroll Associate (Temp)

• Duration: Initial contract until March 2026, extendable for another year pending approval.
• Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: One-North MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full payroll administration for research entities, including CPF and tax submissions, using SAP.
• Prepare payroll reports, headcount updates, and reconciliations; coordinate with Finance on payroll matters.
• Process Employee Self-Service (ESS) and statutory claims (e.g., NS, Childcare, Maternity Leave).
• Handle employee payroll queries and assist auditors with payroll-related exercises.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support ad-hoc payroll assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of payroll processes, including CPF, tax, and leave administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
