Housekeeping Supervisor (Guestrooms)

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team!

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Ensure smooth daily running of the Housekeeping guestrooms operations
• Support the Assistant Housekeeper in maintaining room cleaniless
• Supervise the team performance and room cleaniless
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times
• Report any maintenance-related issues and ensure resolutions according to standard
• Interact and assist guests professionally when needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Fully understands guestrooms operations in a hotel/resort environment.
• Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented, experiences in guestsroom cleaning and supervision
• Has strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travelers, as our resort is an international destination
• Has relevant experience with hotel/resort background with Houskeeping Operations knowledge.
