The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeper to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our student accommodation and co-living properties. In this essential role, you will be crucial in maintaining a welcoming and pristine home for our diverse residents. What You'll Do:
- Guest Room / Unit Cleaning:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned resident rooms/units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning windows and mirrors
- Making beds neatly and replacing bed linen as per schedule.
- Replenishing all room amenities, toiletries, and supplies.
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Our properties include condominiums, black and white townhouses, and shophouses.
- Common Area Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain common facilities such as lounges, dining areas, shared bathrooms, laundry rooms, and corridors.
- Ensure public areas are consistently clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Operational Support:
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the Facilities Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Manage and store cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
- Resident Experience:
- Maintain a polite and respectful demeanour towards residents, ensuring their privacy and comfort.
- Assist with special cleaning requests or ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably within a hotel, serviced apartment, or co-living environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, responsible, and hardworking.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
What The Keystone Offers:
- Compensation: A competitive salary package ranging from S$1,900 to S$3,000 per month, fully compliant with Singaporean employment standards under the Employment Act and CPF Act.
- Work Environment: A supportive and dynamic team environment in a growing co-living brand.
- Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 2 days of rest each week. There may be weekend shifts from time to time.
