Hospitality Officer

Job Description

• Answer phone calls. Greet and welcome students, staff, guests and visitors ensuring a professional and friendly impression.
• Assist host with the meeting preparation in boardroom. Assist with transport arrangements for guests
• Support Event/Project Manager to set up the spaces and rooms according to event/training requirements.
• Support in preparation and set up of food and beverages including alcohol and non-halal food. Assist in serving of guests in event.
• Ensure sufficient stationery at the centralized stationery area. Do a monthly stock-take and place orders for replenish when stock runs low ensuring a reasonable stock level. Assist with special staff requests for stationery supplies for events.
• Check on the pantry supplies and replenish at various locations accordingly.
• Receive and dispatch incoming mails and items received to staff accordingly and in a timely manner.
• Process related invoices and upload invoices on Precoro system.
• Post all outgoing mails.
• Monitor the yearly maintenance agreement.
• Assist students in booking the meeting rooms.
• Appointed as Assistant Fire Warden for Level 1 and to be familiar with the fire evacuation route(s) and assembly points.
• Ensure all First Aid Boxes are inspected and replenished. All expired stock is to be disposed. Maintain list of Certified First Aiders.
• Perform any other reasonable task requested by the direct supervisor.
  

Job Requirement

• Able to start immediately.
• Able to perform OT if required.
