Helpdesk/Tech Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Tech Support Specialist to bridge organisation’s AI tools and end users. You’ll provide technical support, drive user adoption, and maintain knowledge resources to help teams get the most out of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and resolve AI tool issues.
• Gather user feedback and drive adoption through training and communication.
• Maintain a central knowledge base and AI resource hub.
• Test new features, report bugs, and ensure smooth deployment.
• Manage support tickets from submission to resolution.
• Track AI trends and suggest improvements for better user experience.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and user engagement abilities.
• Experience supporting digital or AI-driven tools preferred.
• Organised, proactive, and passionate about enabling technology adoption.
