We are looking for a friendly and responsible Healthcare Receptionist to join our dental clinic team.

Job Summary

You will be the first point of contact for patients and help ensure smooth daily clinic operations as a Customer Service Receptionist at our dental clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform Front Desk duties such as greeting patients warmly and scheduling appointments accurately to support smooth clinic operations
• Respond promptly to patient queries and resolve complaints via phone, email, or in person to maintain patient satisfaction
• Collect payments and submit dental claims through CHAS, Medisave, or Insurance portals to ensure timely processing
• Perform administrative tasks to support daily clinic functions and maintain organized records

What do you need to have

• Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Basic computer skills to operate clinic software and communication tools
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
