Health and Wellness Coach (Community Programme) - 1 year

• Up to $5,500 per month
• 1-year contract with a Public Agency 
• Multiple Locations available
• Tues - Sat, 8am - 5.30pm / 11.30am - 9.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness and health assessments, exercise testing, and individual and group health coaching sessions for diverse populations including children, working adults, and seniors in lab and off site.
• Plan, operationalise, and deliver health and wellness programmes including frailty prevention initiatives to support lifestyle and behavioural changes in the community.
• Facilitate workshops, events, and public education initiatives to promote health, wellness, active ageing, and mass participation.
• Create and co-develop educational content and digital resources with internal teams and partners to support programme delivery.
• Train and equip instructors to deliver programmes effectively while monitoring vendor quality and programme standards.
• Support programme evaluation through data collection, participant tracking, outcome reporting, and analysis to improve outreach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science with 1 year of experience in content development for exercise, health and wellness programmes.
• Familiar with Operations work in the fitness and health/healthcare industry.
• Adaptable, Self-motivated, takes initiative, willingness to learn.
