Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Infrastructure Solutions to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of infrastructure systems across our projects and venues. This role will drive innovation, ensure operational excellence, and oversee end-to-end infra structure delivery from design to implementation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary infrastructure team
- Collaborate with senior management on long term planning and investments
Project & Operations Management
- Oversee design, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure systems
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure for events and venues
- Manage vendors, contractors, and external partners
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients
- Act as the main point of contact for infrastructure-related matters
- Present solutions and proposals to clients and stakeholders
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety (WSH) and regulatory requirements
- Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans for infrastructure failures
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related discipline)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, engineering, or technical operations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems relevant to events, venues, or built environments
- Familiarity with Singapore regulatory standard sand compliance requirements
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
