Head of Faculty Affairs

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead faculty administration and operations within an academic environment. This role oversees faculty recruitment, appointments, and development initiatives, while ensuring policies and processes are implemented effectively.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement faculty recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Collaborate with school leadership and HR teams to streamline hiring processes and ensure compliance with university policies.
• Establish faculty onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the community effectively.
• Oversee faculty lifecycle such as appointment, promotion, and tenure processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive faculty culture
• Oversee the allocation and optimization of faculty office spaces and research facilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty affairs-related queries from the Chair and other senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree or higher in relevant field
• Experience in academic administration, faculty affairs, or HR in higher education
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage policies, processes, and multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in faculty recruitment, engagement, or space planning is an advantage
