Job Description

• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, and fittings, including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks to maintain the premises in good condition.
• Ensure common areas are clean and functional, assist with furniture setup or relocation for events, and report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
• Follow safety procedures, support emergency responses, and coordinate with technicians, cleaners, and contractors while keeping accurate maintenance records and responding to service requests efficiently.

• Working days: 5 days
• Working Timing: 8.30am to 5.30pm
