Guest Experience Specialist (Butler)

Job Summary:

The Guest Experience Specialist (GES) – Butler Services provides personalized assistance to guests by delivering seamless, anticipatory, and luxury services. As part of the Butler team, the GES ensures guest satisfaction through detailed service and attention at every stage of the guest journey.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized greetings and assist with guest arrivals and in-room orientations.
• Support the delivery of butler services such as unpacking/packing, garment care, and special requests.
• Coordinate guest preferences and special arrangements before, during, and after stay.
• Assist with pre-arrival amenities, room setups, and VIP preparation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, offering solutions and anticipating further needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service interactions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality, front office, or guest services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with a guest-first mindset.
• Professional grooming and polished appearance.
