*Govt* Manager, Governance & Process Excellence (West)

We are seeking a Manager, Transformation Office (Operating Model & Governance) to support the implementation of governance frameworks and standard operating practices across the organisation. This role focuses on coordinating SOP documentation, maintaining operational trackers and reports, and working closely with business units and functional teams to drive consistent ways of working.

• Duration: 1 year 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of operating models and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate and manage SOP documentation, including version control and document management.
• Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
• Work with business units and functional teams to support consistent processes and standards.
• Support performance tracking, reporting, and follow-up on key initiatives.
• Facilitate coordination across teams to ensure alignment with governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations, governance, PMO, transformation, or administrative roles.
• Experience working in large or complex organisations; exposure to public sector or education environments is an advantage.
• Understanding of administrative or operational governance practices.
