*Govt* Investigation Officer X13 [Outram Park / Up to $4k]

JOB SCOPES:

• Call victim to establish 1st contact point within 3 hours of the report being lodged, gather and submit critical scam-enabler information
• Provide preventive advice to minimise risk of future victimization;
• Assess if there is a need to refer victim for counselling, social support or to issue a Restriction Order;
• Provide timely updates on case progress, asset recovery and case outcomes to victim;
• Put up service replies i.e., first interim service reply, progress service reply, case conclusion service reply, within stipulated timelines
• Provide administrative support such as putting up production order to request for CCTV footage retrieval for cases involving ATM cash mules, document mules, and victim-turned mule investigations; and
•  Any other administrative tasks directed by Head of Branch.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Must possess at least Diploma in related discipline.
