[GOVT] Digital Learning Officer (6 months)

Work Type: 6-Month Contract
Salary: $ 2,650 per month

What you will be working on?
The officer is responsible for:

• Develop and maintain e-learning materials and interactive online courses using tools such as Articulate Rise, including basic video editing to support training for public service officers.
• Curate and manage knowledge hubs and microsites on Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, including repurposing research content into engaging bite-sized materials and monitoring user engagement.
• Create and publish EDMs to promote research content, seminars, and training programmes, while tracking engagement metrics to optimise outreach strategies.
• Provide programme and event management support for seminars, workshops, and training sessions, including venue coordination, participant registration, materials preparation, and virtual/hybrid event support.
• Liaise with speakers, facilitators, and participants to coordinate event logistics, manage communications, and collect feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness.

• Minimum A-Level or Diploma with administrative or training administration experience.
