Location: Pasir Panjang/Labrador Park

Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week

Work Type: Contract till Apr 2027

Salary: Up to $ 5,500 per month + fixed allowance + bonuses

What you will be working on?

• Lead school outreach and engagement efforts, including consultations, onboarding of new schools, and relationship management.
• Oversee operations of assigned programme pillars, including partner evaluation, co-development of educational content, and management of partner deliverables.
• Design and deliver student leadership development initiatives, including workshops and structured development programmes.
• Co-lead the planning and execution of an annual leadership conference, coordinating programmes and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement supplementary programmes and fringe activities for national-level youth initiatives.
• Support end-to-end event planning and execution for large-scale education and youth events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to deliver engaging and interactive programme elements.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in Event Management/ Hospitality Management with 2 years working experience.
• Prior experience in event management, marketing or business development would be advantageous.
