Govt* Application Support Engineer (L1) – Authentication Systems

Gain hands-on experience supporting API integrations and authentication systems in a structured, high-impact environment / Govt Project.

Location: Pasir Panjang (Hybrid Work)
Salary: Up to $4500 + AWS
Duration: 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve technical support tickets (approx. 30–50 cases daily) via Zendesk (calls, emails, and web sessions where required)
• Perform basic troubleshooting
• Analyse request data to identify configuration or authentication-related issues
• Differentiate between user-side errors and system issues, and escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams
• Validate and process technical service requests (e.g. configuration updates, key or certificate changes)
• Ensure all tickets are handled within defined SLA timelines and quality standards
• Work closely with internal teams to support overall system stability and operations

Requirements

Basic understanding of APIs or system integration concepts
Exposure to tools such as Postman, cURL, or Zendesk is an advantage
Familiarity with NodeJS or Java is a plus
Singaporean only
