Administrative Executive – Govt, 11 months contract (Renewable)

Salary: $14 per hour

Location: Novena Area

GOVT Project Exposure. We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Executive to provide support to the Leasing team. The role involves assisting with tenancy administration, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operations across administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with tenants to ensure timely submission of required documents
• Handle sending, collection, scanning, and filing of tenancy documents
• Update tenants’ information and property records, and provide invoices upon request
• Monitor expiry dates of tenancies, guarantees, and insurance
• Track tenants’ monthly submissions and prepare variable rent computations
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum “A” Level or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Singaporean only
