Software Engineer (GRC / ServiceNow Platform)

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to support the development and enhancement of a ServiceNow-based enterprise risk management platform.

In this role, you will configure and extend the ServiceNow platform to support risk management and compliance processes. You will work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to implement workflows, integrations, and reporting capabilities that improve how organisations manage risk and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise the ServiceNow platform and application layer

• Implement risk management workflows, dashboards, and reporting features

• Develop integrations with internal or external systems using APIs

• Work closely with risk management and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Support system improvements, automation, and platform enhancements

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

Tech Stack

• ServiceNow (enterprise risk / governance platform)

• JavaScript

• REST APIs

• Backend: Python, Golang, or Node.js

• Frontend frameworks (React preferred but other frameworks welcome)

• CI/CD and DevOps tooling

Requirements

• Experience configuring or developing on the ServiceNow platform

• Understanding of enterprise platforms related to risk, governance, or compliance is advantageous

• Backend development experience in Python, Golang, or Node.js

• Frontend development experience with React or other modern frameworks

• Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders

• Candidates must have the right to work in Singapore

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications

• Experience working with risk management or governance platforms

• Experience building enterprise applications or workflow automation solutions
