Job Scopes:

• Manage and process traffic violation appeal cases.

• Review appeal requests submitted by members of the public and examine supporting evidence.

• Assess the validity of appeals in accordance with established laws, policies, and guidelines.

• Draft clear and professional appeal outcome responses.

• Prioritize and manage case workload to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

• Singaporean only.
