Gelato Shop/Cafe Crew

Manage and oversee daily operations of the cafe located in Vivocity, includes perform shop opening and closing duties (cashiering, scooping ice cream, store cleanliness, etc.).

• Enforce standard operating procedures and adhere to food & safety procedures.

• Conduct inventory stock check.

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Be knowledgeable of the ice cream/overall menu; be able to promote ice-cream and make tailored recommendations.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas/shop.

• Ensure safe distancing is maintained.
