Fraud Case Management Officer

• Location: Bukit Merah
• Work Schedule: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: Up to $4,000 per month
• Duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Acted as the primary liaison for victims, addressing all enquiries and concerns from the point of report lodgement through to case closure via phone and structured responses.
• Initiated first contact with victims within 3 hours of report submission, collecting and escalating critical scam-related information to the relevant authority for prompt intervention.
• Provided advisory support to help victims reduce the risk of future scams.
• Delivered timely updates on case progress, asset recovery efforts, and final outcomes to victims.
• Prepared and submitted structured service replies (initial, progress, and closure) within stipulated timelines.
• Supported investigations by preparing administrative documentation, including production orders for CCTV footage retrieval in cases.
• Performed additional administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE A Level
• At least 1 year of experience in complaint handling and escalation
