Job Summary

As a Hostess at The Palawan @ Sentosa, you will manage guest bookings and deliver attentive service to restaurant guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience in a vibrant outdoor setting.

As the Hostess, we rely on you to:

• Manage daily food and beverage guest bookings accurately to optimize seating and service flow
• Operate the F&B POS system efficiently to support booking and guest service processes
• Communicate clearly and engage warmly with guests from diverse international and domestic backgrounds to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain organized and up-to-date booking records to support smooth outlet operations
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and overall service quality
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and memorable experience for all guests
• Adapt to working in outdoor dining environments and flexible shift schedules

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience working in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment
• Ability to work in outdoor dining areas
• Has strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travellers, as our Attractions is an international destination
