Finance Business Partner (1 year)

• Up to $6,500 per month
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial advisory support to senior management, including evaluations, reviews, and budget utilisation monitoring for assigned business groups.
• Partner with business units to understand operational needs and deliver compliant financial solutions, advising on project arrangements, funding sources, and financial implications.
• Work with internal teams to develop solutions that meet legal, financial, and procurement requirements.
• Oversee monthly budget performance across corporate and operational levels, preparing reports with insights to optimise resource use.
• Review project proposals, support budget journals and virement requests, and liaise with external agencies on budget and funding matters.
• Lead grant management activities, including drawdowns, utilisation reporting, funding submissions, and maintaining grant records.

Requirements:

• Background in Business or Accountancy, ACCA qualification or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and comfortable interacting with senior management and across various levels within the organisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications (e.g. MS Excel) and IT savvy in using different systems (eg Power BI).
