About the Role
We are looking for a Expeditor (1year contract) to support the full cycle of warranty and service-related activities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth follow-up on customer returns, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping service records updated. This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and moving parts behind-the-scenes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage service and warranty cases from start to completion, ensuring all information is accurately logged
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Quality, Customer Service, Repair Centre and Logistics to ensure timely updates and part movements
• Track and monitor returned items, repairs and outgoing shipments
• Maintain up-to-date records and prepare regular service status reports for internal review
• Address enquiries related to service progress and assist in resolving delays or discrepancies
• Adapt service orders to meet different customer or country requirements when needed

Job requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• Confident in communicating with cross-functional teams
