Executive, Telemarketing

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns and daily outreach activities
• Support the Business Development team in identifying potential leads and customer segments
• Make outbound calls and follow up with customers to promote services and gather
• Coordinate with other departments for promotions, events, and customer service efforts
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results, and escalate feedback as required to improve service and campaign effectiveness
• Ensure all telemarketing activities follow regulatory and company policies and compliance standards at all times

Job Requirements

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
• Prior experience in customer service roles or similar industry
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
