Job Summary
To provide support to the Key Account Sales lead, by ensuring the seamless and successful delivery of service levels to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative, reporting, and operational support to the Key Account Manager (KAM) / team, ensuring the smooth execution of account strategies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Generate and prepare standardized weekly and monthly reports and assist the KAM in the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly presentations.
- Handling routine inquiries and communicating operational status updates on behalf of the KAM.
- Facilitate the resolution of customer cases and operational issues.
- Ensure rates are filed correctly before receipt of cargo.
- Assist in any other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies / Shipping-related disciplines.
- Preferably sales experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
- Possess interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- A team player who can work independently.
- Self-motivated individual who is result-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Google suite applications.
