Job Summary
Manage key global and regional accounts (JOA customers), drive growth, and build strong executive relationships while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize long-term profitability and volume growth from a dedicated portfolio of Global and Regional Key Accounts by executing commercial strategy.
- Ensure operational excellence and cultivating strong, strategic relationships that secure contractual fulfillment and service loyalty.
- Ensure all contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms are accurately documented and communicated to internal operational teams
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders, effectively communicating service requirements and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular formal Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to present data.
- Track account performance against Minimum Quantity Commitments and targets and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in any other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
- Preferably sales experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
- Proven sales execution ability, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.
- Adaptable and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Google suite applications.
