Executive, Licensing

Job Purpose:

The Executive for Product Sourcing and Managing Licenses is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and procuring products while ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. This role offers a fast-paced growth opportunity for someone passionate about F&B. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and coordinating with regulatory bodies to secure necessary product licenses and certifications. The Executive will also maintain a database of licenses, ensuring timely renewals to guarantee compliance. You will work closely with procurement, legal, and regulatory teams while being mentored by a manager.

Product Sourcing & Procurement

Vendor Management:

• Identify and manage supplier relationships to source quality products.
• Negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries to meet business needs.
• Conduct market research to find innovative products that align with customer preferences.

Process Optimization:

• Work on improving procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Use Excel and data analysis to track and report on sourcing costs and supplier performance.

License Sourcing & Compliance

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all products meet local and international regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to secure necessary licenses, permits, and certifications.

License Management:

• Maintain an organized database of all product-related licenses, ensuring timely renewals.
• Stay up to date on regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in administration support.
• Proficiency in Excel and with some data analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
