Executive - Internal/Corp Comms (Public Agency)

We are looking for a versatile candidate to support organisational initiatives through communications, programme coordination, stakeholder support, and governance-related work to ensure smooth and effective implementation.

Duration: 11 months
Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Support planning and delivery of internal engagement and change initiatives, including staff activities and innovation programmes.
• Develop tailored communication materials and assist in measuring the effectiveness of internal communications efforts.
• Provide administrative, procurement, and vendor coordination support for programmes and activities.
• Support governance, data management, and cyber security awareness initiatives, including compliance reviews and staff education.

Looking for:

• Singaporeans only
• Min. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business and Administration, or any relevant field 
• Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies
• Demonstrated experience in planning and managing successful events
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
