Executive, Grants Management

This role supports the day-to-day administration of research funding programmes and works closely with researchers and stakeholders to ensure grants are managed smoothly and in line with guidelines.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support funding programmes, including organising grant calls, assessment panels, and related activities.
• Manage administrative procedures and ensure funding processes are followed correctly.
• Explain funding requirements and application procedures to public sector research teams
• Act as the main point of contact for grant recipients before and after funding is awarded.
• Track progress of funded projects, including deliverables, timelines, and budget usage.
• Support improvements to grants administration practices and operational workflows.
• Assist with engagement and community-building activities related to the funding programmes

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent
