Events Sales Coordinator

No Experience Required – OJT Provided

Working Day: 5 Days work week

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Drive group ticket sales through outreach to communities, corporates, and government organisations.
• Act as main point of contact for ticketing and event inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate group tours, ceremonies, VIP visits, and other event activities.
• Support event production, including publications, photo libraries, and vendor collaboration.
• Manage marketplace and booth sales, including reconciliation with vendors and Finance.
• Oversee volunteer coordination (uniforms, access passes, lounges, etc.).
• Assist marketing and PR efforts, including roadshows and event publicity campaigns.
• Maintain accurate documentation, track revenue, and follow up on after-sales service.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth event operations and successful execution.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent
