Events Manager (National Tech Event) - Public Agency

We are looking for an Events Manager to support end-to-end delivery of hybrid events by coordinating event operations, logistics, ground execution, and virtual platforms. 

Contract Duration: 11 months
Salary: Up to $4,750/month

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of operations with programme owners and leads, ensuring smooth preparation and execution at external venues.
• Establish and implement efficient workflows to streamline pre-event preparation and operational readiness.
• Manage logistics and on-site ground operations in close coordination with event organisers and venue partners.
• Oversee virtual experience delivery, including platform selection, setup, maintenance, and coordination with systems and vendor partners.
• Liaise with internal teams, government stakeholders, and external partners while handling project management activities and event-related administration.

Requirements

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in Events Management and Conferences of up to 1000+ attendees will be a plus.
• Resourceful and meticulous and able to multi-task.
• Excellent project management abilities to work across various functional workstreams, timeline, and logistics simultaneously, ensuring no details is overlooked.
