Event Executive (Social Service Sector) - 8 months

Exciting Events Management exposure with the Social Service!

• Up to $2,900 per month
• 8-month contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Buona Vista MRT

What to expect:

• Engage schools to promote awareness of sharing and giving, and drive participation in annual school appeal initiatives.
• Support outreach initiatives to broaden public engagement and community involvement.
• Assist in managing donor and partner relationships to support the achievement of fundraising targets.
• Support the planning and execution of events and initiatives to strengthen donor and stakeholder engagement, including committee secretariat duties, budgeting, procurement, sponsorship sourcing, and partnership development.
• Contribute to innovative fundraising strategies and collaborate with internal teams while providing administrative or research support as required.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in Events Management.
• Meticulous individual who works well in a team.
