Event Assistant (Feb - Apr 2026)

• Up to $3,600 per month
• Work on exciting Community Events till Apr 2026!
• Mon - Fri, office hours *Additional hours compensable in time-off
• Lavender MRT / Event site as required

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective secretariat, event, and logistical support to the youth committee.
• Support budget management for signature events, youth engagement activities, and meetings.
• On-site support e.g., set up and tear-down of events.
• Collaborate with volunteers to execute events.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with background in Event Management, Marcomms, Volunteer Management, and Youth Engagement Programmes.
• Excellent communicator able to work independently.
