Location: Labrador Park
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour
Work Type: 12-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 3,200 per month

What you will be working on?

• Plan and support marketing and publicity, including website updates, EDMs and social media content.
• Collate event information and perform user acceptance testing for event platforms.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualise programmes, site visits, and social activities.
• Manage organised tours and international programmes for overseas participants and delegates.
• Provide logistics support including meeting coordination, venue/room bookings, registration arrangements and event set-up.
• Liaise with event vendors, venues and programme partners for follow-ups and execution.
• Perform other event-related administrative and operational duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in Event Management/ Marketing or relevant discipline.
• Experience in business, marketing & communications or a related field.
• Knowledge of social media and content management and analysis tools will be an advantage (e.g., Google Analytic and Adobe Analytics)
