Enterprise SaaS Engineer (ServiceNow)

About the Role:

We are looking for an Enterprise SaaS Engineer to support the development of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. design and implement automated workflows and integrations using enterprise SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, with a focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to help agencies perform risk assessments more efficiently.

You will work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that enhance governance and risk management.

Salary package: UP to $9,500 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow), focusing on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) such as Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.
• Develop platform applications using workflow designers, business rules, scripting frameworks, and UI customization tools.
• Design and implement system integrations with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build automated workflows to support risk assessment and compliance processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into risk and compliance status.
• Perform platform administration, including user management, access control, and system maintenance.
• Write clean scripts and customizations, conduct code reviews, and support unit/integration testing.
• Collaborate with risk teams, product owners, and business analysts to translate requirements into platform solutions.
• Work with DevOps teams to support deployment pipelines and release management.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience configuring or developing on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow), with exposure to GRC / IRM modules such as Risk, Policy & Compliance, or Audit.
• Proficiency in platform development and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, workflow tools, business rules) with experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and platform administration.
• Experience in backend development (Python, Golang, or Node.js) with exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and working in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:
- Experience in government or regulated environments
- Familiarity with automated testing, ITIL/GRC frameworks, or ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, etc.).
