Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical)

As an Engineer at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, you will lead and supervise engineering technicians to maintain seamless hotel operations. You will prioritize and execute emergency repairs, support engineering projects from planning through execution, and contribute to audit and training programs to ensure operational excellence.

As a Engineer, we rely on you to:

• Leadand coach engineering technicians to enhance team performance and ensure effective maintenance operations
• Monitor and maintain all hotel equipment to achieve continuous, smooth functionality and minimize downtime
• Prioritize and execute emergency work requests promptly to resolve critical issues and maintain guest satisfaction
• Plan, supervise, and execute engineering projects to support hotel infrastructure improvements and operational goals
• Facilitate audit and training programs to uphold compliance standards and enhance team skills
• Manage shift operations to ensure consistent engineering support and smooth hotel functioning

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience in electrical engineering, building maintenance, and repair within a hotel or resort environment
• Previous experience as an Engineer or equivalent role in a hotel or building environment
• Willingness to work shifts
• Possess a minimum in Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, or equivalent
