1. Quality Control – FA (Reflow Soldering) Machines
- Handle customer complaints related to soldering machines
- Conduct final inspection and shipment approval for soldering machines
- Manage quality issues of soldering machines across multiple manufacturing sites
2. Production Support and Data Collection – FA (Reflow Soldering) Machines
- Provide technical guidance for equipment assembly
- Respond to and resolve production troubleshooting issues
- Perform final adjustments of automatic soldering machines, including O₂ concentration control and temperature profile data collection
- Conduct process capability evaluation data collection for specific customers
- Perform PCB soldering tests, thermocouple installation, and temperature profile optimization for customer boards
3. Production Management – FA (Reflow Soldering) Machines
- Responsible for equipment cost calculation, quotation preparation, production planning, shipment schedule management, parts procurement, and inventory control
4. Technical Service Support – FA (Reflow Soldering) Machines
- Provide technical troubleshooting support via email, telephone, and online communication
- Install and set up equipment at customer sites
- Perform equipment repair, overhaul, and technical service support at customer sites
5. Languages & Other Certification
- JLPT NI Japanese proficiency, Japanese (Business level) in order to communicate with Japan HQ stakeholders
- Certified in Quality Control Certification (QC Kentei) Level 4, Japan or equivalent
- Chinese (Business level) in order to communicate with OEM factories and HQ's factories in China.
