Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to SOPs.
- Ensure all packages are labeled and dispatched on time to meet delivery schedules.
- Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and damaged goods.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Support in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory accuracy checks.
- Report low stock levels, discrepancies, or damaged items to the supervisor.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., barcode scanners, trolleys) safely.
Logistics & Coordination
- Liaise with couriers and logistics partners for order collections and deliveries.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents and ensuring compliance with delivery requirements.
Team Support
- Provide support to the Warehouse Operations Manager and other team members.
- Participate in training and development activities to improve work efficiency and achieve the KPIs set by Warehouse Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or barcode scanning tools preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving goods.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid forklift license is preferred.
Working Hours:
Mon – Fri: 9AM-6PM, Sat: 9AM-1PM
Overtime available (based on operational needs)
