Roles and Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Implementing new features and enhancing existing ones. Ensuring code adheres to security, performance, and scalability standards.
• Identifying, debugging, and resolving software issues. Optimizing existing code for better performance and efficiency. Contributing to refactoring efforts for legacy code.
• Reviewing pull requests from peers and providing constructive feedback. Collaborating with other developers, designers, and product managers to refine requirements and solutions.
• Participating in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Assisting with CI/CD pipeline management wherever applicable, Deploying code to staging/production environments as per team guidelines.
• Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner

Skills /Competencies:

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency with ASP.NET 8.0, MS SQL, and the .Net framework (version 4.5 and higher) is desirable

• Must be hands-on Stored Procedures and UDFs

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services

• Extensive experience in an Agile environment, with a strong commitment to Agile values and collaborative teamwork

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with NOSQL and database design is preferred
• Experience in developing and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines
• Proficiency with WebAPI and REST services is preferred
• Knowledge of Software Engineering principles and methodologies

Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
