Digital Project Manager (Project Basis)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the revamp of web application, driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance user engagement and accessibility of heritage content. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user research insights, and digital service standards.

Job Type: 5 months contract
Salary Package: Up to $9500 (basic)

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines while aligning with organisational strategic goals.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, senior management, and external vendors.
• Prepare and present project updates, milestone reports, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and training programmes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project changes effectively.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

• Ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks, Digital Service Standards (DSS), and accessibility requirements (WCAG).
• Oversee user acceptance testing, system integration, and deployment activities.
• Track project KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of project management experience, preferably in digital or web application projects.
• Strong knowledge of Website Development Lifecycle (WDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including designers and developers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, including senior leadership reporting.
• Experience in budget management and resource planning.
• Understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and digital services.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
