Digital Marketing Executive

Role Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Social Media), we are looking for an executive to support the day to day of Asian Tour.

If you are a tech-savvy, with a passion for social media in the sports marketing industry, we would like to meet you! Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and will work independently to assist in developing and reporting on engaging social media content across multiple channels.

You will develop your skills and ability to analyse statistics, produce reports, community manage ideate and produce content in line with current trends.

Key Areas of Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Managing and creating PowerPoint templates

• Assist in the coordination, creation and delivery of branded content

• Coming up with content ideas that are relevant for Asian Tour

• Work with partners and agencies in producing and posting social media content on time

• Support the marketing and communications team with presentations, research and reporting

• Contribute to the build of an effective social media practice, process, tools and team.

• Assist in executing social media and other related communications strategy.

• Ability to design basic graphics

• Any other duties as assigned

Job requirements

• At least 1-2 years working in digital marketing.

• Experience in brand marketing, advertising, communications and design a plus

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Excellent organization skills

• Excellent inter team communication skills

• Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite a must

• Experience in using social media channels and tools a must

• Experience in using data analytics and insights to inform content strategy and planning

• Proficiency in Photoshop

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of using Adobe Suite and/or other graphic design software
